Location: East Croydon (office-based, Mon–Fri)
Salary: £30,000 base + uncapped commission

- Make outbound calls to business owners and senior decision-makers
- Pitch high-value hospitality and travel packages tailored to client entertainment
- Operate in a short, fast-paced sales cycle – no slow nurturing, no drawn-out processes
- Focus on volume, energy, and closing – every day is a sales day

Your daily role involves outbound activity, but we don\’t expect you to start from scratch. For the right person with hospitality/event sales experience, we offer:

What We\’re Looking For
At least 12 months\’ telesales experience, ideally in hospitality, events or B2B
A confident, persuasive speaker who thrives in a competitive, high-volume environment
Able to engage CEOs, MDs and senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence
Strong knowledge of sports and live events – especially F1, football, and festivals
A closer – not just a talker – who knows how to ask for the sale
