Prestige Civil Group is a well-established civil construction company delivering asphalt paving works across Victoria. We’re on the lookout for a Sweeper Operator to join our busy Asphalt Paving crew. No Sweeper experience? That's ok, we're happy to show you the ropes! This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of prep in asphalt paving, and works well as part of the crew.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Operating sweeper on asphalt worksites
  • Cleaning and preparing surfaces before paving
  • Supporting the paving crew during and after works
  • Daily pre-starts and basic maintenance checks
  • Spotting hazards and keeping the site safe
  • Following site instructions, TMPs and safety procedures
  • Keeping your machine and work area up to standard

What We’re Looking For

  • HR Drivers Licence
  • Construction White Card
  • Experience operating a sweeper highly regarded
  • Experience around asphalt paving or civil works highly regarded
  • Safety-focused with a good attitude
