Due to growth and expansion, we are seeking an experienced Loader Operator/Yard Hand to join our team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate front-end loaders, forklifts and other plant and equipment
- Load and unload trucks, haul and hoist materials as required
- Maintain the plant and yard in a clean, safe and operational condition
- Complete daily pre-start and end-of-day inspections of plant and equipment
- Use basic computer systems for reporting and record keeping
- Comply with all Prestige Civil Group OH&S policies, procedures and safety instructions
- Travel between multiple work sites as required
Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience operating a Front-End Loader and other plant machinery
- Heavy Rigid Licence (highly regarded)
- Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures
- Experience in materials handling or yard operations
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
