Join a Global Team Creating World-Class Events at Prestel & Partner. We don't just organise conferences β€” we create trusted environments where some of the world's most influential wealth owners, investors and their decision makers come together to exchange ideas, learn from one another and build meaningful relationships.

For more than 15 years, we have been the leading global organiser of Family Office events, hosting in London, Singapore, Dubai, Riyadh, Frankfurt, Zurich, Mexico, Los Angeles, Bermuda and New York City. As we continue to grow internationally, we're looking for an experienced Event Producer to join our team.

If you're passionate about creating exceptional content and events, enjoy working with senior-level speakers, love bringing ideas to life, and thrive in a fast-paced international environment, with colleagues who enjoy collaboration, we'd love to hear from you.

We're a small, highly experienced and genuinely supportive team that has worked remotely for over 15 years. This is a role where you'll have real responsibility, direct access to senior industry figures, opportunities to travel internationally, and the chance to see the impact of your work first hand.

Our team is friendly, down-to-earth, collaborative and passionate about delivering outstanding events for some of the most respected family office events in the world. We are seeking an experienced Event Producer to lead the planning and delivery of our international conference programmes.

This is a hands-on role with responsibility for the full event lifecycle β€” from research and programme development through to speaker management, on-site delivery and post-event evaluation. You'll work closely with family office principals, investors, industry experts and senior stakeholders from around the world, helping to shape content that is relevant, insightful and highly valued by our audience.

As a fully remote company, we're looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, highly organised, and able to thrive in a remote environment:

  • Event Production & Programme Development
    • Research, design and develop conference programmes aligned with the interests of family office audiences.
    • Conduct in-depth telephone, virtual, in-person and desk research on key industry topics.
    • Identify, secure and manage high-quality speakers, including family office principals, investors and industry experts.
    • Lead speaker outreach, briefing and preparation.
    • Develop engaging session formats, including keynote presentations, interviews, panel discussions and fireside chats.
    • Ensure every programme delivers high-quality, relevant and thought-provoking content.
  • Event Planning & Delivery
    • Manage the end-to-end production of international conference agendas.
    • Create and manage project timelines, production schedules and run sheets.
    • Coordinate speaker logistics and event preparation.
    • Ensure seamless event execution and exceptional attendee experiences.
    • Collaborate with sponsors to integrate their participation appropriately within event programmes.
  • On-Site Event Management
    • Lead agenda delivery during live events.
    • Coordinate with venue teams and AV suppliers.
    • Troubleshoot operational challenges and ensure smooth event delivery.
  • Post-Event Analysis
    • Lead internal event debriefs.
    • Identify opportunities to improve future events and programmes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in conference or event production.
  • Proven experience producing high-level events.
  • Demonstrable track record delivering events with 100+ delegates.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience producing events within finance, investment or wealth management sectors.
  • International event production experience.
  • Understanding of family offices or private wealth markets.
  • Proficiency in a second language.
  • Willing to travel internationally for events.

The opportunity to produce internationally recognised events attended by VVIPs from around the world, a fully remote working environment with flexibility and autonomy, international travel opportunities, and a role with real responsibility, ownership and career development potential.
