Join PressHERO—an industry-leading link-building agency founded by an SEO veteran with 20 years of experience—and help us drive real SEO impact for our clients. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Link Builder to assess backlink opportunities, conduct outreach, and negotiate placements on high-quality sites.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify Ideal Donor Sites: Analyze each client’s niche, goals, and customization needs to pinpoint the most relevant, high-authority websites for outreach
  • Evaluate Donor Websites: Perform both quantitative (DR, traffic, content relevance) and qualitative assessments to confirm SEO value
  • Outreach & Relationship Building: Research and source relevant website owners, gather contact information, and craft personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Negotiation: Secure the best possible placements and pricing through effective, empathetic negotiation
  • Follow-Up & Tracking: Maintain persistent, respectful communication and update our dashboard with status and outcomes

What We’re Looking For

Hard Skills

  • SEO Link Valuation: Deep understanding of Domain Rating, organic traffic metrics, content quality, do-follow vs. no-follow, and contextual relevance
  • Multichannel Outreach: Proven experience finding accurate contact details and executing outreach campaigns via email sequences, LinkedIn InMail, etc.

Soft Skills

  • Negotiation: Confident negotiator who can balance value and budget, securing premium placements at competitive rates
  • Empathy & Communication: Ability to build rapport quickly, tailor messaging to each prospect, and listen to address their needs
