About Pressbeau

Pressbeau is a successful, family-run nursing home group with a reputation for delivering high-quality care and putting people at the heart of everything we do. As our portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our Head Office team in Gerrards Cross. This is a broad, hands-on role that combines operational HR with the opportunity to influence business decisions. You will work closely with senior leaders, providing commercially focused HR support while helping to drive improvements across the employee lifecycle, workforce planning and organisational development. Previous experience within healthcare is not essential. We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can bring fresh ideas, strong employment law knowledge and a pragmatic, commercially minded approach.

The Role

This is a key role requiring someone who can provide both strategic and operational HR support, ensuring best practice across the employee lifecycle while working closely with senior leaders and Home Managers to foster a positive, high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to exit.
  • Provide expert advice and coaching to management.
