This is a varied, hands-on generalist role covering employee relations, recruitment, HR reporting and workforce planning - ideal for an HR professional from any industry who wants genuine scope to shape the people agenda.

The Role

You'll support the full employee lifecycle and act as a trusted HR point of contact for managers across the business, providing practical advice on employee relations, absence, performance and disciplinary/grievance matters, while keeping policies compliant with UK employment law.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, development and offboarding
  • Advise managers on employee relations, disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance issues
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with UK employment legislation
  • Coordinate recruitment: advertising vacancies, interviews and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Produce HR reports and analyse workforce data
  • Support workforce planning and staff budgeting
