This is a hands-on account management role focused on existing customers, recurring business, account growth and clear commercial visibility.

You will be the primary commercial contact for a portfolio of existing B2B customers. You will build strong relationships, understand how customers use Pressac’s sensor hardware, identify opportunities for growth, and provide clear visibility of account health, risks, opportunities and next steps. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Engineering to support customer needs, progress opportunities and feed customer insight back into the business.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and develop existing B2B customer accounts.
  • Build relationships with commercial and technical stakeholders.
  • Understand each customer’s business objectives, technical environment and future requirements.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell and account growth opportunities.
  • Support retention, renewals and ongoing customer development.
  • Help customers understand where Pressac’s sensor hardware adds value within their wider solution or service offering.
  • Work with internal product, engineering and technical teams to support customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, account plans, opportunity updates and customer notes.
  • Report on account performance, risks, opportunities and next actions.
  • Represent Pressac in customer meetings, trade shows and industry events where relevant.
What we are looking for
  • Experience in B2B account management, key account management, technical sales or customer development.
  • Experience with technical products, hardware, IoT, connectivity, electronics, telecoms, BMS, energy monitoring, smart buildings or a related technology market.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both commercial and technical stakeholders.
  • A consultative approach to understanding customer needs and identifying commercial opportunities.
  • Ability to translate technical product information into clear customer value.
  • Strong organisation, CRM discipline and account planning skills.
  • A proactive, practical and commercially focused approach.
Useful but not essential
  • Experience with LoRaWAN, EnOcean or other wireless IoT technologies.
  • Experience working with solution providers, integrators, VARs, OEMs or channel partners.
  • Exposure to smart buildings, energy management, occupancy, environmental monitoring or building-data solutions.
Who this role would suit

This role would suit someone who enjoys owning customer relationships, developing existing accounts and working with technical products. You do not need to know every product on day one, but you must be technically curious, commercially disciplined and comfortable getting up to speed quickly.
