Press, an award-winning independent boutique located in Primrose Hill, London, was founded in 2004 by Melanie Press, a former designer for Marc Jacobs, Ralph Lauren, and creative director at Whistles. Press curates an eclectic edit of international contemporary collections, emerging talent, and newly discovered cult brands, alongside a selection of fine vintage pieces. Our boutique is known for offering unique and inspiring fashion to our discerning, international Clients.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Fashion Retail Stylist located in Greater London. The Fashion Retail Stylist will be responsible for providing personalised wardrobe styling services to clients, offering fashion advice, and maintaining the boutique’s visual merchandising standards. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers in selecting outfits, promoting sales, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Fashion Styling and Wardrobe coordination
- Experience in Sales and achieving sales targets
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Textile knowledge including technical clothing terms and sizes & fittings
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, aprox 20 hours per week. Hourly Salary depends on experience, starting at £13/hour plus commission and statutory holiday pay, & optional pension.
- Previous retail experience is a requirement along with References
