We’re looking for the next superstar National Account Manager to join our business. The role will predominantly focus on leading our Wholesale growth strategy, which has been a big focus and success for 2025. PRESS Healthfoods is a fast-growing, dynamic health brand on a mission to become the UK's #1 natural food & drink company that delivers functional benefits for a healthy, active lifestyle. Our E-Commerce site serves over 3,000 customers and has seen exponential growth in 2025 with more consumers than ever looking for nutrient dense, natural food and drink.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with key wholesale partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing Wholesalers, through own insights and working alongside customers' sales teams.
- Actively identify and secure the right new wholesale partners, expand PRESS’s footprint throughout the UK and offer end customers the right RTM.
- Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Product functions to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure product availability.
- Represent PRESS at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and our mission.
Experience:
- 4+ years of sales experience in FMCG, ideally within the health and wellness, and/or food and beverage sectors.
- Proven track record in managing and growing accounts, including winning new business.
- Wholesale knowledge: Whilst not essential, it will help speed of movement in a channel where there’s plenty of white space.
- Strong financial literacy and a commercially astute mindset to understand margin drivers, pricing strategies, and return on investment on sales driving activity.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve ambitious sales targets and grow market presence.
- Strong data analysis and forecasting skills, with experience in using and building P&Ls, sales tools and CRM systems to inform decision-making.
- Key software skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP systems, AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini).
