Press Coffee is a speciality coffee company supplying wholesale and B2C customers from our south London roastery. We also provide contract and slot roasting services for other coffee brands. We are looking for a full-time team member to support deliveries, events and roastery operations. The role will involve delivering coffee to wholesale customers one or two days per week using our electric van, with the remainder of the week spent assisting with:
- Packing and shipping retail and wholesale orders.
- Organising and scheduling deliveries using relevant software.
- Handling green and roasted coffee, including heavy lifting.
- Setting up cupping sessions.
- Cleaning and maintaining the roastery.
- Supporting the roasting team with production activities.
You must hold a full, clean UK driving licence and have a passion for speciality coffee. Previous speciality coffee experience is essential, while full training in roastery operations will be provided.
Reporting to the Head of Coffee, you will have the opportunity to develop your coffee-making and roasting skills as you progress within the business.
We are an independent family business committed to paying the London Living Wage. The role will initially start at this rate.
