The Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to take ownership of day-to-day relationships with our key enterprise clients across a wide range of business verticals, including finance, Oil and Gas, Retail and media. This client-facing role requires building strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing the full customer lifecycle from requirements gathering through to solution delivery, while proactively identifying new opportunities to expand our footprint within existing customer organisations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Account Management & Business Development
- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of key enterprise accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers' day-to-day technology requirements and queries
- Develop new pipeline of opportunities across the portfolio of propositions
- Proactively identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities across our product portfolio (hardware, software, AV solutions, managed services, cloud)
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings to understand business needs, strengthen relationships, and present relevant solutions
- Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders within customer organisations
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns to ensure long-term retention and account growth
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of customer business operations, technology infrastructure, and strategic objectives
- Identify triggers for additional business (technology refreshes, expansion plans, new projects)
- Work collaboratively with the business technical team on larger strategic deals and new business opportunities
- Solution Development & Technical Consultation
- Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions from our portfolio
- Maintain current knowledge of IT trends, including cloud technologies, AV solutions, end-user computing, and managed services
- Articulate technical concepts and solution benefits to customers in a clear, business-focused manner
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop tailored solutions
- Sales Support & Account Coordination
- Prepare accurate quotations and proposals for customer requirements
- Manage deal registration processes with vendor partners
- Coordinate project delivery with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Support business in pursuing larger opportunities and strategic initiatives
- Liaise with internal departments (technical, projects, finance) to deliver excellent customer outcomes
- Communicate customer feedback to relevant teams to drive service improvements
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
