Product UI Designer

Product UI Designer

Full-Time On-site
P

This role asks for hands on visual design of dense, high stakes workflows, from full user journeys down to loading, empty and error states. A strong candidate brings a shipped product portfolio showing careful typography, spacing and hierarchy, plus experience building or extending reusable components in a design system. Clear communication with product and engineering and an iterative habit matter as much as raw visual craft.

How it fits the AI era

The product is built around AI agents handling banking checks and investigations, so the designer shapes how people read and act on machine produced output. Much of the craft stays human: deciding what to surface, how to simplify complex information and how to make states and edge cases legible. AI can speed up exploration and production of components, but judgement about clarity and trust remains with the designer.

How it builds AI experience

Working here gives direct exposure to interfaces where AI agents support compliance and onboarding decisions, which builds understanding of how to present model output and uncertainty. Someone preparing for this could practise designing screens for review, screening and investigation flows, including error and validation states. Familiarity with design systems and component libraries that engineers ship is the most useful groundwork.

Worth showing

  • Full journey states
  • Clear cross team communication
