Deployment Strategist

Deployment Strategist

Full-Time On-site
P

This role is about getting Arondite's Cobalt software working for real users in the field and in headquarters. It means setting up the software, connecting it to customer hardware, sensors and data feeds, and running edge and cloud setups. A strong candidate is technical enough to pick up new systems fast, calm under pressure, and good at listening to users and turning their problems into clear priorities.

How it fits the AI era

Tools that coordinate drones, sensors and data depend on AI and automation, so much of the work is making those systems fit real operations. AI can speed up configuration, debugging and data handling. Judgement about what users truly need, trust built in tense settings, and safe decisions on site stay with people.

How it builds AI experience

Someone in this role would see how autonomy, data and AI tools are used in defence operations, and what it takes to make them dependable at the edge. To build this experience, try projects that connect sensors or data feeds to simple decision tools. Practice deploying containers on cloud and small edge devices, and write up what you learned from users.

Worth showing

  • Linux and networking troubleshooting
  • Cloud and edge deployments
  • Systems integration projects
  • Customer-facing technical communication
  • Calm decisions under pressure
