About Our Competitive Strategy Practice
Prescient has three core practices: Commercial, Medical and Competitive Strategy. We deliver best-in-class biopharmaceutical intelligence, acting as a thought partner to top biopharma organisations across the world. Our offerings are designed to anticipate and respond to competitive risk across the product life cycle - from early pipeline through post-launch - delivering timely insights and strategic implications that enable integrated decision making across competitive intelligence, marketing, medical and commercial functions.
When you join this exciting venture, you will work with global healthcare and pharmaceutical clients across the full product life cycle, from discovery to loss of exclusivity, to help them unlock the full potential of their brands and portfolios.

You will bring therapeutic area expertise in CVRM, immunology or infectious diseases, and apply it to help clients understand the competitive landscape in these fast-moving areas.
As an Engagement Manager, you will act as the day-to-day lead on small and mid-size projects or key workstreams within larger engagements. You will increasingly work through others, coaching and supporting Analysts and Consultants, making strong individual contributions and providing effective support to senior team members where needed.
You will be a core point of contact for clients, developing productive and enduring relationships and establishing yourself as a credible strategic advisor. You will help ensure projects are delivered effectively, efficiently and in line with Prescient's high quality standards.
As most of your clients will be based in the US, the Engagement Manager position requires a good understanding of the evolving US biopharmaceutical market and trends.
