Business Performance Analyst – Growth Office

This is a hybrid role, which we\’re open to applications from either our Ealing (London) or Altrincham (Manchester) offices.

Position Overview:

The Business Performance Analyst (BPA) will play a key role in enabling Prescient Healthcare Group’s growth strategy by delivering clear, data-driven insights on business development performance, pipeline health, cross-practice collaboration, and key growth metrics.

Reporting to the Growth Operations Manager within the Office of the Chief Growth Officer, this role provides the analytical foundation for decision-making across the CGO Office – focused on building a suite of data-driven insight that drives visibility into performance, supports account expansion, and enables consistent, informed strategic execution.

Bringing together a combination of commercial acumen, Prescient business and market/client understanding, this individual will be able to provide data-driven insights that fuel the growth strategy and priorities.

Key Responsibilities: 1) Cross-Sell and Growth Analytics

  • Support identification and targeting of cross-sell opportunities across Practices, using data to uncover complementary client relationships and growth synergies.
  • Track and report progress on cross-sell initiatives, providing the CGO and senior leadership with regular visibility into collaboration outcomes and revenue impact.
  • Provide data-driven insights to help unlock “white-space” growth within existing accounts – expanding into new buying points, geographies, assets, and therapeutic areas – and new accounts.
  • Work closely with the Growth Office to ensure visibility of opportunities across Practices.

2) KPI Tracking and Performance Reporting

  • Deliver timely, data-driven insights and dashboards that track pipeline health, conversion metrics, win/loss rates, and revenue forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain accurate, intuitive reporting frameworks to provide real-time visibility into business development performance, trends, and bottlenecks.
  • Track and evaluate pre-sales metrics – including client outreach, proposal volume, conversion rates, and time-to-close – to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing to measure campaign and conference ROI, linking engagement activities to lead generation, pipeline growth and revenue outcomes.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the Proposal Hub, ensuring visibility into its impact on consulting team capacity, proposal quality, and win rate.

3) Strategic Analysis and Executive Reporting

  • Contribute to strategic planning discussions by providing scenario modelling, performance tracking, and forward-looking growth analyses.
  • Prepare concise, high-quality analyses and visual reports for the CGO.
  • Create clear, visually compelling materials that summarize performance trends, risks, and opportunities for internal leadership and account meetings.

What skills and experience do I need to be successful for this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field (advanced degree or professional certification preferred).
  • 3–5 years’ experience in financial analysis, commercial analytics, or business operations, ideally within consulting, professional services, or the life sciences sector.
  • Proven expertise in financial modelling, KPI tracking, and pipeline analysis.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and analytical reporting, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business narratives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with a high degree of accuracy and initiative.
