Do you have a passion for the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry? Do you want to work across a mix of strategy consulting projects that draw from competitor, customer, medical and commercial insights? Are you a highly motivated professional interested in being part of a dynamic team of self-starters, working with global healthcare and pharmaceutical clients across the full product life cycle? If so, consider turning your expertise into a valuable career at Prescient. We welcome applications from life science professionals with project management or consulting experience within our growing Competitive Strategy Practice.

Prescient is a specialist global consultancy focused exclusively on the biopharmaceutical industry. Following the recent acquisitions of Uptake and Dolon, Prescient now operates across four core practices: Commercial, Medical, Competitive Strategy, and Value Price Access. Together, we deliver best-in-class intelligence and strategic consulting to leading biopharma organizations worldwide.

Our work supports clients across the full product life cycle, from early pipeline through post-launch, delivering timely insights and strategic recommendations that enable informed decision-making across commercial, medical, competitive intelligence, and market access functions. The Competitive Strategy practice is continuing to grow its customer-centric team. In this role, you will partner with global healthcare and pharmaceutical clients across the product life cycle, helping them unlock the full potential of their brands and portfolios.

You will be part of a fast-growing, PE-backed business that enables motivated, high-performing individuals to make an impact and contribute to the company’s growth. In this role, you will apply your therapeutic, clinical and commercial understanding to support the development and commercialisation strategies of our clients’ assets and portfolios. You will help project teams generate insight-led recommendations that enable leaders at top biopharma companies to “see around the corner” and make confident, well-informed business decisions.

You will need strong project management, communication and client-facing skills, as you will work closely with Engagement Managers, Directors and our global analysis team to deliver high-quality strategic work effectively and efficiently. You will contribute to shaping the story, structuring analysis, and ensuring the clarity and robustness of outputs.

You will bring an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset to your work, supporting the client, the business and your project team. Over time, you will build your presence as a credible strategic partner to client stakeholders, with guidance and oversight from senior Prescient leaders. As many clients are based in the US, this role requires a solid understanding of the evolving US biopharmaceutical landscape and key market trends, and an eagerness to deepen this knowledge continually.

  • Leverage your expertise in therapeutic, clinical and commercial areas relevant to client engagements; share emerging insights with the team and support Analysts in understanding key scientific and commercial concepts.
