We’re seeking a driven, people-savvy UK Event Sales Manager to lead our event-based customer acquisition strategy. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, creative environment, breaking boundaries in product development.

You’ll be the person behind the scenes making sure our Brand Ambassadors teams are in the right places, saying the right things, and delivering unforgettable customer experiences – all while smashing sales targets.

This role is a brilliant mix of field and strategy: from working hands-on with freelancers across the UK, to analysing data and optimising where and how we show up next. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Ops, and Finance to drive impact from every event, big or small.

You’ll manage everything from sales coaching, brand compliance, and rota coordination to forecasting ROI, monitoring P&L, and recommending new regional opportunities. This is a high-ownership, fast-paced role for someone who gets energy from building and improving, thrives in a test-and-learn culture, and is happiest when customers love what we do.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale our nationwide freelance Brand Ambassador team
  • Own event planning, logistics, and sales delivery across the UK calendar.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing coaching of Brand Ambassadors
  • Set and track sales targets, ensuring quality and conversion expectations are met
  • Brand guardian at events – from messaging to merchandise
  • Build strong operational processes and workflows to support field teams
  • Strategically assess event performance and identify new opportunities
  • Partner with Finance to manage budget, forecast ROI, and P&L report.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Growth to align on messaging and acquisition goals
  • Champion our customers and find new ways to improve the in-person experience
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience managing field sales or ambassador programmes – ideally with DTC or consumer subscription brands
  • A commercial mindset: comfortable working with sales targets, ROI metrics, and budgets
  • Strong leadership skills with experience coaching or managing freelancers or remote teams
  • Great organiser with a bias for action and a natural drive to optimise and improve
  • Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
  • Available to travel to events across the UK
Company Benefits
  • Extensive health care cover including full medical coverage and a choice of hospitals or consultants (AXA top package)
  • Annual £250.00 Learning & Development budget for courses, books or other self-learn activities.
  • Annual £100.00 personal wellbeing budget
  • Up to 2 weeks working abroad per year
  • 1 Volunteer Day per year
  • Subsidised employee groups – from five-a-side to padel, there’s loads to get involved in or the chance to start up your own group
  • Quarterly subsidised team events from Axe throwing, crazy golf to cocktail making
  • Your birthday off
  • Ability to sell any unused holiday back at the end of the Holiday Year (maximum 1 working week)
