A great role to bring your creative social media, content creation, and digital marketing skills to life. You will be creating content for one of the fastest-growing wellness companies in the UK. You will be joining a team of over 50 professionals as a Paid Content Creator in Nottingham.
Your Mission
As a Content Creator for Paid Channels, you will be at the forefront of our paid advertising strategy, creating high-performing short-form ads that drive customer engagement and conversions. You’ll design compelling video and static creatives for TikTok, Meta, and Google, optimising content for different platforms and placements. This role is a blend of strategy and execution, where you’ll stay ahead of trends in the advertising industry, ensuring our ads remain fresh, engaging, and results-driven. You’ll work closely with our brand team to maintain a strong, consistent voice while continually testing, learning, and iterating based on performance insights. Your creativity and ability to script, storyboard, and brief content will be instrumental in bringing our campaigns to life, whether you’re directing in-house talent or coaching UGC creators to deliver high-converting ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-performing short-form ads (video & static) for TikTok, Meta, and Google.
- Design creatives in various dimensions and formats, optimised for different placements.
- Understand the difference between organic and paid content, and how to tailor accordingly.
- Stay ahead of trends in the ad industry, bringing fresh, insight-backed ideas.
- Write briefs, scripts, and storyboards to help our in-house team bring content to life.
- Monitor content performance and make data-driven recommendations.
- Use tools like Motion or creative review platforms (or be willing to learn!) to analyse and iterate.
- Collaborate closely with the Brand team to maintain on-brand, compelling content.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience creating paid social ads that convert (especially TikTok, Meta & Google).
- A strong understanding of the difference between organic content and performance-led ads.
- Proactive approach – plugged into trends and what’s working across platforms.
- Ability to design across multiple dimensions (stories, reels, feed, YouTube Shorts, banners, etc.).
- Confident in scripting, storyboarding, and briefing – with or without direct supervision.
- Experience reviewing creative using tools like Motion, VidMob, or similar (desirable but not essential).
- Proficient using basic video editing platforms (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, etc.).
- A fast-paced, high-energy mindset, with a drive to test, learn, and iterate quickly.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have worked with pets, wellness, or DTC / e-commerce.
- Are confident in appearing on camera or coaching talent to do so.
- Understand UGC-style ads and can recreate them natively.
- Have a passion for animals.
