Prescient Group is partnered with a well-established, leading UK Industrial and Workplace company sourcing 20,000+ products from more than 120 global manufacturers. We are recruiting an experienced Office Manager to join this award-winning, professional, and welcoming team.

This is an office and facilities manager position with an aspect of HR. The role is office-based Monday to Friday.

The selected candidate will:

  • Direct HR experience covering onboarding, contracts, holidays, sickness, performance reviews, disciplinaries and grievances.
  • Office Management – arranging maintenance and repairs, cleaning and liaising with utilities companies and keeping on top of utilities bills.
  • Company Fleet – Ensure all company vehicles are up to date with MOTs, services, tax and insurance.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including solicitors, insurance companies, and medical service providers.

Experience needed in this role:

  • HR experience.
  • 5+ years proven experience in office management, facilities management, EA.
  • Current or previous role as Office Manager or Executive Assistant.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to manage relationships with a wide range of suppliers, contractors, and staff.
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations and building maintenance.
  • Strong IT skills.

This role will be subject to Disclosure and Barring Service, Baseline Personnel Security Standards, Counter Terrorist Check and Security Check, or Developed Vetting clearance.

Due to the nature of the business, the successful candidate will need to undertake full Safeguarding vetting and an enhanced DBS check.
