We are working with a full-service, global practice to recruit a Legal PA to join their Award-Winning firm. The role of a Legal PA is to work as part of the Practice Group Support team to provide professional and proactive support to key law professionals and Partners. You will lead the admin and junior PAs. You will be joining a firm that is known for its commitment to its workforce, events, and career development plans. Some key responsibilities:
- Client focussed on regular meetings with stakeholders
- Diary management
- Arranging events for stakeholders
- Supporting case matters
- Matter management – opening and closing case files
- Organising and planning meetings, arranging for necessary equipment and refreshments using the technology (on and off-site)
- Acting as a liaison point for colleagues and clients
- Supporting and speaking with clients – dealing with queries from legal professionals
- Management of emails and correspondence
- Preparing and submitting expenses
- Creating presentation docs
- Utilise CRM as a key business tool, including managing, updating, reporting, and research
Skills and Experience needed:
- Experience in working within a similar environment as a PA, Legal PA or Legal Secretary
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with senior team members
- Seeks to always provide an outstanding level of client service
- Works in collaboration as a team
- Good relationship-building skills, both internal and external
- Ability to delegate and manage own workloads
- Strong team ethic; offer to support where necessary
- Strong skills in Microsoft applications including Outlook and Teams
