We are working with a full-service, global practice to recruit a Legal PA to join their Award-Winning firm.

The role is paying up to £43,000 and has endless benefits.

You’ll be in the office for 3 days per week and 2 days from home on a 35-hour working week. You’ll be based in outstanding offices in the City and part of a fun, sociable team of 10 fee earners and 5 other Legal support staff in this team.

27 days holiday + Bank Hols, annual bonus (discretionary), private health / dental plans + life and income protection insurance as benefits.

The role of a Legal PA is to work as part of the Practice Group Support team to provide professional and proactive support to key law professionals and Partners. You will lead the admin and junior PAs

This role has a strong focus on diary management and supporting fee earners’ billings.

You will be joining a firm that is known for its commitment to its workforce, events, and career development plans. They are an Award-winning for their employment engagement initiatives.

Some key responsibilities:

Client-focused, with regular meetings with stakeholders
Diary management,
Managing Inboxes for Partners
Arranging events for stakeholders
Using Imanage or 3E to support fee earner billing
Matter management – opening and closing case files
Supporting and speaking with clients, dealing with queries from legal professionals
Management of emails and correspondence
Preparing and submitting expenses Skills and Experience needed:

Experience in working within a similar environment as a PA, Legal PA, or Legal Secretary
Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with senior team members
Works in collaboration as a team
Good relationship-building skills, both internal and external
Ability to delegate and manage own workloads
Strong team ethic; offer to support where necessary
