When you join this exciting venture, you will work with global healthcare and pharmaceutical clients across the full product life cycle, from discovery to loss of exclusivity, to help them unlock the full potential of their brands and portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: Support the design and execution of projects that address clients’ strategic business questions, ensuring analyses, deliverables and insights meet high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
  • Account Support: Contribute to account planning by identifying opportunities to add value through project delivery, maintaining strong working relationships with client contacts and helping strengthen Prescient’s presence within existing accounts.
  • Business Development Support: Contribute to proposal development, background research and scoping discussions.
  • Project Management: Manage discrete workstreams and day-to-day project activities, including research, evidence collection, data analysis, synthesis of insights, direct client interaction, and preparation and delivery of client presentations and reports.
  • Client Management: Participate in client meetings, support the communication of findings and collaborate with project leadership to ensure clients experience best-in-class service.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Leverage your expertise in therapeutic, clinical and commercial areas relevant to client engagements; share emerging insights with the team and support Analysts in understanding key scientific and commercial concepts.
  • Conference Support: Attend relevant conferences where appropriate to gather insights, engage with experts, and support the team in capturing and synthesising key learnings from presentations, posters and booths.
  • Team Development: Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting junior team members, offering guidance on analytical approaches and helping maintain a high standard of structured, impactful insights.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Relevant experience within the biopharmaceutical consulting, healthcare strategy or related client-services environment; CI experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong results orientation, demonstrated by consistently producing high-quality deliverables and contributing effectively to project outcomes.
  • Successfully managing client relationships through clear communication and strong stakeholder alignment.
  • Solid foundational knowledge of the biopharmaceutical industry, especially clinical development.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and internal teams, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to strategic discussions with guidance from senior colleagues.
  • Strong learning agility to adapt to rapid change and new situations.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms.
  • Ability to give and receive feedback.
  • BA/BS required; an advanced life science degree is preferred.
