Location & Schedule: Washington, PA. Regular full-time and part-time; hourly, non‑exempt; evening shift 2:30 PM–11:00 PM and night shift 11:00 PM–7:30 AM, including rotating weekends and holidays.

Pay & Sign‑On: Starting pay $16.74/hour – $21.75/hour, depending on experience, + up to $500 sign‑on bonus.

About the Role: The Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/Med Tech provides assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs). All resident care is provided in a manner that meets the resident’s physical, mental and psychosocial needs and enables the individual to attain and maintain the highest practical level of functioning.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required or active registry status on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide registry.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
  • Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
  • Experience in Senior Living preferred.
  • Experience in memory care (dementia or Alzheimer’s) preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience preferred.
  • Med Techs must be able to produce all documentation to prove received certificate in Medication Administration, including observation and insulin administration.
