Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor – Strabane Woods of Washington, Washington, PA. Full-time, Non-exempt. Current opportunity is for the Evening Shift with hours from 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM including rotating weekends and holidays. Starting Pay: $27.50/hour – $33.50/hour; depending on experience. Eligible for up to a $3,000 Sign on Bonus.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) coordinates and supports the individualized plan of care for community residents. Supervises, provides leadership and direction to community team members to ensure quality of care and services are provided.

Requirements:
  • Hold a valid, current Practical Nurse License in good standing.
  • Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
  • Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
  • Experience in Senior Living preferred.
  • Experience in memory care (dementia or Alzheimer’s) preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience preferred.
