Strabane Woods of Washington is an assisted living community that is part of the UPMC Senior Communities managed by Presbyterian Senior Care Network. Located adjacent to the Wilfred R. Cameron Wellness Center in Washington, PA, Strabane Woods offers a private elegant residence with fitness, health care, and rehabilitation services nearby, providing safety, security, and peace of mind.
The Concierge works as part of the administrative staff to greet visitors, answer questions, and refer inquiries to the appropriate person or department to ensure that visitors and residents are promptly served. The role will also receive and relay telephone messages and refer callers to the correct location to ensure each caller has an excellent customer service experience. Successful candidates must be highly motivated, disciplined, reliable and able to function independently while dealing with residents, visitors and other team members in a calm, professional manner.

Requirements
- Relevant experience in a customer‑facing position preferred.
- Long‑term care or health experience preferred.
- Maintain confidentiality of assignments and work well under pressure of deadlines.
- Exhibit flexibility in work schedules and the ability to multitask for several individuals.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with visitors, residents, and team members.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 software, the operation of multi‑line telephones, and other basic office equipment.
