Type of Opportunity: Full Time (0.9 FTE/36 hrs per week)

Responsibilities:

  • The Hospice and Home Care RN is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide direct patient care to an assigned group of patients during a shift. Patient volumes range from 4-5 daily.
  • Responsible for prioritizing the delivery of direct nursing care using time and resources efficiently integrating a standards-based framework model.

Qualifications:

  • State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License required
  • Associate Degree, ADN Registered Nurse
  • BLS certification required at time of hire
