Qualifications Essential: Masters degree in Counseling/Social Work. 1-3 years experience in Clinical Therapy. Licensure required: LCSW or LPCC preferred; will accept LMSW with commitment to test within 1 year for LCSW. Education: Master Degree Education specialization: Social Work Responsibilities Provides individuals, family, and group counseling to persons with diverse diagnosis for senior/disabled adults. Development of plans of care implementation. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure high quality outcomes for patients. Patient assessments and creative engaging activities to enhance group therapy. Assist patients in obtaining services to enhance their health and wellbeing.
