Main Function of Job
To provide cleaning and tidying services throughout the Home to the required standards and rules of the Home and within the Christian ethos of River House.
Background Information
River House is one of 6 homes for older people run by the Council for Social Witness (Older People Services). The purpose-built Home accommodates 29 residents. The residents have a variety of physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs and varying levels of dependency.

- Qualifications and Knowledge (Essential)
- Evidence of understanding and respect for the needs of older people or those with a learning disability
- Awareness of health and safety practices within a working and residential environment
- Special Circumstances (Essential)
- Willingness to work additional hours to meet the requirements of the Home
- Willing to behave in a manner which respects the Christian ethos of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland
