PrepWorld is looking for a Production Team Leader to work on Sunday to Wednesday, Day shift in a busy Fresh Cut Fruit Factory. The role involves first line management for part of the Production Team.
Base Pay Range: Starting at £12.81 per hour (Level 1), climbing through to £13.13 (Level 2), and then £15.53 (Level 3) after full training and development.
Responsibilities:
- Completion of related administration and paperwork (Training provided)
- Management of labour costs for your team
- Management of waste levels for your team
- Ensure products meet customer specifications
Qualifications:
- Ideally experienced in running a team in a busy food environment
- Reliable and flexible, with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic English & numeracy skills
