Prepworld is looking for Production Team Leaders who will have daily responsibility for the first line management for part of the Production Team, in a busy Fresh Cut Fruit Factory.
Main Duties
- Completion of related administration and paperwork (Training provided)
- Management of labour costs for your team
- Management of waste levels for your team
- Ensure products meet customer specifications

- Ideally experienced in running a team in a busy food environment
- Reliable and flexible, with a pro‑active approach to problem solving
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic English and numeracy skills
