PrepWorld is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to join our on-site night shift in Northfleet. You will provide proactive HR support to the night team and collaborate with the wider business to ensure smooth operations and compliant HR delivery.
Your role includes advising managers on employment law, maintaining HRMIS data, handling employee relations, supporting recruitment, inductions, exits and reporting. CIPD Level 5 and experience with CIPHR or Mitrefinch are preferred.
