Production Team Leader (Sun - Weds)

PrepWorld is looking for a ProductionTeam Leader on Sunday to Wednesday day shift, who will have daily responsibility for the first line management of part of the production team in a busy Fresh Cut Fruit Factory.

Main Duties

• Completion of related administration and paperwork (training provided)
• Management of labour costs for your team
• Management of waste levels for your team
• Ensure products meet customer specifications

• Ideally experienced in running a team in a busy food environment
• Reliable and flexible, with a pro‑active approach to problem solving
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Basic English & numeracy skills

Days and Hours of work

Sunday to Wednesday, 05:30 – 17:30 (days)

Pay

Starting at £12.81 per hour (level 1), climbing through to £13.13 (level 2), and then £15.53 (level 3) after full training and development.
