PrepWorld is recruiting for a Production Team Leader Day. This role will have daily responsibility for the first‑line management of a section of our Production Team within our busy Fresh Cut Fruit factory.
Main Duties
- Completion of related administration and paperwork (Training provided)
- Management of labour costs for your team
- Management of waste levels for your team
- Ensure products meet customer specifications
Who we are looking for
- Ideally experienced in running a team in a busy food environment
- Reliable and flexible, with a pro‑active approach to problem solving
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic English & numeracy skills
