PrepWorld is looking for Multi Skilled Operatives to perform a selection of key support roles to ensure the smooth running of a busy fresh cut fruit factory, including:
- Operating process machinery
- Transfer of fruit
- Traceability paperwork
- Stock counting
- Ensuring equipment is where it is needed
Full training provided for all activities.
Who we are looking for:
- Reliable and flexible, with a pro‑active approach to problem solving
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic English and numeracy skills
Please note: this role involves some heavy lifting e.g. fruit boxes.

Pay rates:
- Level 1 (L1): £13.08 per hour

- Level 3 (L3): £14.18 per hour (dependent on experience)
