Location: Unit K, Springhead Enterprise Park, Northfleet, Gravesend

PrepWorld is looking for Production Team Leaders - Nights to take daily responsibility for the first-line management of a section of the Production Team within our busy Fresh Cut Fruit Factory. You will lead by example on the production floor, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and team engagement.

Main Duties:

  • Completion of related administration and paperwork (Training provided)
  • Management of labour costs for your team
  • Management of waste levels for your team
  • Ensure products meet customer specifications

  • Reliable and flexible, with a pro‑active approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Basic English and numeracy skills
