What you’ll be doing:

• Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process for different search roles: from executing attraction strategies, to interviewing, guiding candidates through the process, and managing the offer process.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to proactively identify and engage exceptional candidates around the world.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights into hiring progress.
• Facilitate structured, evidence‑based hiring decisions, and promote consistent evaluation frameworks across functions.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a memorable and world‑class experience throughout the hiring process.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Proven experience recruiting tech talent in high‑growth tech environments.
• In‑house or agency experience – you understand what great looks like in terms of systems, processes, and stakeholder management.
• Strong “TA craft”: you’re passionate about TA and delivering world‑class processes & candidate experience, you’re not afraid to challenge and push back, and creative in how you assess and attract talent.
• Great communication and relationship‑building skills – you can influence with confidence and care.
• Growth mindset – comfortable with ambiguity, always learning, and energized by doing hard things well.
• A collaborative, low‑ego approach – you thrive in a team that’s candid, curious, and committed to learning together.
• Location: You’re fluent in English and ready to work from London or Kyiv.
