As a Senior Product Marketing Manager you will ensure the growth of Preply B2B, ensuring that our Product resonates with a well identified target audience across our core geographies. You will be part of the Growth team, with close collaboration with Sales, Product, and User Research.
What you’ll be doing:
- Identify and Prioritize Target Segments: Collaborate with our Data and SDR/Sales/Account management teams to iterate on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and prioritize target segments and geographies.
- Craft Compelling Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear and resonant positioning and messaging that addresses the needs of our target customers. Continuously iterate on messaging through A/B testing to optimize conversion across our sales segments.
- Create Sales Enablement Content: Produce high-quality sales enablement, starting with our pitch deck, materials tailored to different customer segments and geographies. This includes battlecards, case studies, best practice articles, email sequences, scripts, and more.
- Optimize Conversion Metrics: Implement A/B testing methodologies to improve conversion metrics at every stage of the sales funnel, from lead generation to deal signing.
- Analyze and Iterate: Capture insights on why leads are not converting and leverage this information to refine ICP definitions and Proof of Concept (POC) strategies.
- Stay Competitive: Keep abreast of developments in the language learning industry and B2B SaaS best practices to ensure Preply remains competitive in the market.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, SDR, Marketing, and Product teams to maximize the volume of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and incremental Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
What you need to succeed:
- A proven track record of 5+ years of SaaS Product Marketing, Sales Enablement experience preferably in series B/C companies.
- Excellent Writing and Presentation Skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage projects across multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Passion for solving problems creatively, starting small, failing fast, and applying your learnings.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
- Curiosity about Education and Language Learning/Teaching.
