Preply is scaling its Engineering teams and seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Engineering to own end-to-end searches for senior roles. You will partner with Engineering Directors and VPs to define hiring strategies and ensure the best talent is attracted, assessed, and hired.
You will drive proactive sourcing, use data to optimize funnel health, and coach peers while raising the bar for the engineering hiring function across Preply’s global tech org.
