Preply, a London-based edtech company, is seeking an experienced M&A Senior Manager to build and own our deal pipeline from scratch, partnering with Finance, Legal, and Product to evaluate and execute acquisition opportunities that shape the company’s growth trajectory.

You’ll define M&A strategy, lead financial modelling and due diligence, and manage cross-functional workstreams through deal execution and integration planning, with a focus on strategic fit and value creation.
