This new team will design, scale, and future‑prove the systems and automation that power Preply’s revenue engine. You’ll blend hands‑on system expertise with strategic ownership - building scalable, integrated processes while leading a small, high‑performing team to drive efficiency, data accuracy, and innovation across our GTM stack. This is a hybrid role: part architect and builder, part strategic manager who aligns tools, data, and teams to accelerate growth, transforming RevOps from reactive operations to proactive scalability. This role is based in our Barcelona hub and we will support relocation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Systems Ownership & Architecture: Own the design, optimization, and health of Preply’s GTM system landscape Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Vitally, Intercom, and connected tools. Partner with cross‑functional teams (Marketing Ops, Pre Sales, Sales, CS, Finance, Product) to ensure integrations are seamless and scalable. Lead the evolution of system architecture — mapping processes, maintaining clean data structures, and reducing technical debt. Drive adoption of new GTM tools through documentation, enablement, and user‑friendly workflows.
- Automation & Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation across lead scoring, routing, deal management, and renewal workflows using Salesforce, Zapier, or Cargo. Implement AI‑assisted and no‑code automation to streamline pipeline operations and reduce manual effort. Build standardized playbooks and process documentation to ensure repeatable, reliable execution across teams. Partner with Enablement to roll out new tools and processes with clear training and adoption metrics.
- Data Integrity & Insights Infrastructure: Own data accuracy and governance across CRM and connected systems. Build and maintain self‑serve dashboards (Salesforce, Looker) to visualize funnel metrics, forecasting, churn, and pipeline velocity. Deliver strategic data insights to senior leadership to inform GTM decisions. Partner with StratOps to ensure data models support forecasting, compensation, and territory planning.
- Tooling Strategy & Vendor Management: Manage the GTM tooling roadmap, budget, and vendor relationships. Evaluate new technologies and AI integrations that enhance productivity, personalization, and insight generation. Ensure ROI and strategic alignment of all tools — balancing innovation with practicality.
- Team Leadership & Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Lead and mentor a small team of system specialists or analysts, fostering curiosity, precision, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and CS stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions. Champion “system thinking” across GTM — ensuring clarity, consistency, and documentation in how we operate.
What You Need to Succeed:
- 5–8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or Sales/Marketing Ops in a fast‑scaling B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep technical expertise in Salesforce (architecture, admin, and automation).
- Strong understanding of GTM processes and data flows (lead‑to‑opportunity, opportunity‑to‑renewal).
- Experience with BI and reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
- Proven ability to translate business, user and customer needs into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with no‑code automation tools (Zapier, Workato, n8n) and API integrations.
- Experience leading teams and leading cross‑functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills — comfortable bridging technical and commercial conversations.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, balanced with pragmatism and speed.
