We’re building a strong content engine to connect with our global audience of job seekers, and we’re looking for a creative UGC creator to be the authentic, relatable face of our brand.
Role Overview
As a UGC Content Creator, you’ll produce authentic, engaging short-form videos (45–60 seconds) that resonate with job seekers around the world. These videos will be used across Preplink.ai’s social media platforms and digital campaigns. You’ll receive content briefs and scripts from our team but will have creative freedom to bring your unique style and voice.
We’re looking for creators who can consistently deliver high-quality content that blends education, relatability, and sometimes humor, just like content from top career brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring scripts and briefs to life with authenticity and creativity
- Share personal-style stories that job seekers can relate to (interviews, resumes, rejections, successes, etc.)
- Follow Preplink.ai brand guidelines (tone, visuals, inclusivity, no local slang)
- Collaborate with the growth and marketing team to align on content themes
- Ensure all content is shot in good lighting, high resolution (1080p+), and in 9:16 vertical format
Requirements
- Experience creating engaging UGC content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts
- Confident on-camera presence with clear and relatable communication style
- Ability to create content in neutral, globally understandable English
- Reliable and consistent with meeting deadlines
- Previous UGC or brand collaboration experience
- Monthly Retainer: $400–$600 equivalent (international creators)
- Ongoing collaboration with opportunity for growth
- Creative freedom to put your own spin on content while working with a global brand
- Exposure to a wide international audience
- Content Usage Rights
- Full global usage across Preplink.ai’s platforms (organic + paid ads)
