Job Overview

We’re looking for a Personalisation Manager to lead segmentation and personalised customer experiences across Prep Kitchen’s website and mobile app. Your mission is to ensure customers see relevant, targeted journeys that reflect their needs, motivations, and behaviours. We’re looking for someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery, working closely with CRM, Paid Advertising, UX, and Product teams.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Audience Segmentation & Behaviour Analysis: Define behavioural and lifecycle‑based audience segments. Partner with Data, CRM, and Paid Advertising teams to refine targeting logic. Analyse performance across segments to identify opportunities.
  • Journey & Experience Personalisation: Deliver personalised onsite and in‑app experiences. Define rules, triggers, and content variations. Work with the digital product team to test and validate personalisation impact.
  • Landing Page & SEO Strategy: Own landing page structure for segmented and SEO‑driven experiences. Define layouts and content requirements for SEO and GEO expansion. Create first‑draft page structures and collaborate with the growth team on final copy.
  • LLM & Emerging Optimisation Opportunities: Explore LLM‑driven optimisation for content structure and discovery. Partner with internal teams to test and evaluate impact.

About You

Experience in personalisation, CRO, or growth‑focused product roles. Strong understanding of segmentation and behavioural targeting. Comfortable working with GA4, CMS platforms, and analytics. Able to translate insight into structured requirements. Collaborative, curious, and commercially minded. Confident working across Product, CRM, and Marketing teams.
