Job Overview / Summary

We’re looking for a Digital Product Executive to join Prep Kitchen’s growing Digital Product team. You’ll play a key role in keeping projects, experiments, and releases moving — supporting the Head of Digital Product across eCommerce, app, and platform initiatives. Your mission is to make sure the right work gets done, on time, to the right standard. You’ll be hands‑on in Linear, close to our designers and developers, and instrumental in creating the processes that help us scale.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Product Delivery & Workflow

• Translate project scopes into clear, actionable tasks.
• Review Figma designs and write developer‑ready instructions and acceptance criteria.
• Manage templates and briefing standards for new feature and experiment tickets.
• Support weekly sprint planning — reviewing priorities, dependencies and blockers.
• Keep the backlog clean and organised, archiving, merging, or reprioritising as needed.

Testing & QA

• Adopt and maintain manual testing frameworks.
• Perform hands‑on testing of new features, bug fixes, and app updates before release.
• Coordinate with our QA engineer and technician to align test plans and ensure handoff is smooth.

Cross‑Team Coordination

• Triage new requests and bugs from other teams (Customer Service, Marketing, Ops, CRM).
• Track project progress and communicate updates across departments.
• Create short videos or notes to introduce new features to internal teams post‑launch.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation for product workflows and release processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline product delivery and QA operations.
• Help track experiment results and feed insights back into the roadmap and relevant teams.

About You

• 2+ years experience in a digital product, eCommerce or operational role.
• Exceptionally organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
• Able to translate ideas into structured tasks and timelines.
• Confident using Figma, Linear (or Jira/Asana). Testing and analytics tools a bonus.
• Basic understanding of UX principles and web/app development process.
• Communicative, approachable and great at keeping teams aligned.
• Curious about how digital products grow and improve.
