Job Overview/Summary
We’re looking for a CRO Manager to lead experimentation and conversion optimisation across Prep Kitchen’s website and mobile app. Your mission is to identify friction, test improvements, and turn insights into measurable uplift in conversion, engagement, and customer value. We’re looking for someone who is equally comfortable analysing data, shaping hypotheses, and working hands‑on with designers and developers to deliver high-quality experiments.

- Experiment Design, Delivery & QA: Define experiment scope, variants, and measurement plans. Partner with Design and Development to ensure variants are well designed and correctly implemented. Own QA of experiment logic, targeting, and tracking prior to launch.
- Performance Reporting & Learning: Analyse experiment results and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. Maintain documentation of learnings and outcomes. Feed results back into the product roadmap and future test planning. Contribute to internal test results sharing across the business.

- Confident in shaping hypotheses and interpreting statistical outcomes.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Design, Product, and Development.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and quality-focused.
- Curious, commercial, and driven by measurable outcomes.
