Our unique integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and increasingly AI, coupled with the patient‐centric experience across our global clinics, have allowed us to lead the change against \”we caught it too late again\”.Senior Practice Manager The Senior Practice Manager will oversee day‐to‐day operations for Prenuvo\’s first Central London clinic, ensuring seamless execution across clinical services, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. This leader will be accountable for maintaining CQC compliance, driving clinic financial and operational performance, building strong patient and partner relationships, and leading a high‐performing multidisciplinary team. This role requires an experienced operations leader with a proven track record managing private healthcare practices in the UK, exceptional people management skills, regulatory expertise, and commercial acumen. This is a full‐time, on‐site position. In the short term, the London clinic will operate Monday through Friday. As the clinic grows, operations are expected to expand to seven days a week.Help reshape the world through proactive healthcare while working with cutting‐edge technology and high‐performing teams with deep expertise – join us to make a difference in people\’s lives!What You\’ll Do Clinical Operations & Leadership Lead all aspects of daily clinic operations to ensure seamless, safe, and efficient service deliveryBuild, mentor, and manage a high‐performing multidisciplinary team (MR radiographers and patient liaisons)Maintain exceptional patient experience standards aligned with Prenuvo\’s global brand and service modelChampion a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvementRegulatory & Compliance (CQC) Partner with the Clinical Leader to ensure full and ongoing CQC compliance across all regulated activitiesLead preparation and readiness for CQC inspections, audits, and external evaluationsUphold data governance, safety protocols, and clinical quality standards in line with UK healthcare regulationsOperational & Financial Management Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, procurement, and facility operations to optimise efficiency and service deliveryMonitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) – including patient satisfaction, service utilisation, and financial performance – and implement action plans for improvementDevelop and execute operational plans that support growth and scalabilityManage clinic budgets and ensure alignment with overall business objectivesSales, Growth & Business Development Drive patient volume and revenue growth through local outreach, community engagement, and physician/partner relationshipsCollaborate with marketing and business development teams to execute local patient acquisition strategies tailored to the UK marketRepresent Prenuvo in the community, fostering partnerships and raising awareness of proactive healthcareWhat You\’ll Bring Essential 5+ years of senior leadership experience in private healthcare practice or clinic management, ideally within a high‐end or diagnostic settingProven success managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering exceptional patient care and operational outcomesStrong knowledge of CQC standards, governance frameworks, and UK healthcare compliance requirementsCommercially savvy with experience managing budgets, financial performance, and service delivery KPIsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skillsHighly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‐growing environmentMust be located within a reasonable commuting distance to the Fitzrovia / Central London area, ideally under 45 minutes, as this is an on‐site roleDesirable Previous clinical background (e.g., radiography, nursing, physiotherapy) with professional registration (e.g., HCPC, NMC) – highly desirable but not essentialBasic Life Support (BLS) CertificationExperience launching or scaling new clinics or healthcare servicesFamiliarity with MRI or advanced diagnostic imaging environmentsOur Values First: we are Pioneers – Transforming healthcare requires divergent thinking, bias for action, disciplined experimentation, and consistent grit and determination to maintain momentum.
