Prentis Solutions is looking for two enthusiastic Recruitment Apprentices to join our team and begin their careers in the recruitment industry. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone at the beginning of their professional career who wants to gain recognised qualifications while developing practical, real-world experience in a busy recruitment consultancy. No previous recruitment experience is required. We are much more interested in your attitude, communication skills, confidence and willingness to learn.
You will work alongside experienced Recruitment Consultants and learn the full recruitment process from finding and speaking to candidates through to arranging interviews, making placements and developing relationships with clients. At the same time, you will complete a structured Recruiter Level 3 Apprenticeship, combining professional training with practical, on-the-job experience.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Search for candidates using CV databases, job boards, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels, review CVs and match suitable candidates to vacancies.
- Speak to candidates by telephone and email.
