Join Our Team
We are seeking a highly organised Service Support Executive to join our Service team at Prentice Portadown. This is an exciting opportunity to work with two premium automotive brands (BMW & Mini), supporting our Service and Sales departments while delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the customer journey. This role is a back of house role designed to assist the efficient day to day running of a fast paced service department.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Saturday (rota basis): 9:00am - 1:00pm
This is a full-time, permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
As a Service Support Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both the Service and Sales teams. Duties will include:
- Assisting with inbound and outbound service department enquiries
- Supporting Service Advisors with administrative duties
- Managing and updating CRM systems to maintain accurate customer records
- Handling customer queries professionally and promptly
- Accurately costing retail, warranty and internal repair orders in line with manufacturer and company guidelines.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience in an automotive, service, or administrative role (preferred)
- Possess excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be highly computer literate with experience using CRM systems
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a professional manner
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
