About the Role
As an Enquiry Executive, you will play a key role in managing customer enquiries across multiple channels, supporting the Sales Department through effective lead management, database activity, reporting, and appointment generation. You will ensure every customer receives a first-class experience that reflects the premium standards of BMW and MINI.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all inbound communications to the Sales Department, including online enquiries, showroom visits, and telephone enquiries.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Support targeted marketing campaigns in conjunction with the Sales Manager and Finance team.
- Manage daily sales opportunities generated by the Service Department.
- Coordinate post-sale contact programme for existing customers.
- Generate quality appointments for the Sales Department through proactive customer engagement.
- Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to measure campaign and activity effectiveness.
- Produce regular activity reports and monitor key performance indicators.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous sales experience within a franchised dealership or showroom environment.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience handling high volumes of inbound and outbound customer enquiries.
- Confidence building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on achieving 5-star customer satisfaction.
- Experience using retailer CRM systems, ideally Drive.
- The ability to thrive in a busy, target-driven environment.
- A full, valid UK driving licence (aged 21+ for insurance purposes).
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Automotive retail experience.
- Experience in Finance & Insurance sales would be advantageous.
