We are seeking to appoint an inspirational teacher to take on the role of Lead Teacher of Art from September 2026 or January 2027. The successful candidate will have the ability to teach KS3 and KS4 Art across all age and ability ranges. You will be an effective classroom teacher with the ability to raise the achievement of all students and be keen to play a full part in the life of the school.

As Lead Teacher of Art, you will have overall responsibility for the management and leadership of Art in the school. You will work as part of the Visual & Performing Arts Faculty and benefit from the support and guidance of an experienced leadership team.

Prendergast Vale School is a small all-through school providing high quality education from nursery to Year 11, which aims to transform the lives of all the children who attend the school.
